Job Role :
Growth Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to the Mindler users who are aspiring to pursue their Higher Education overseas. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting registrations and correcting post-sale problems. Associate will communicate with customers primarily via phone, email and chat, and utilize a variety of software tools to get customers on-board, and help them succeed.

What we are looking for: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 year of relevant experience
• Extremely customer-focused individual
• Interested in Overseas Education Landscape
• Excellent oral and written communication Skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Strong and committed customer focus
• Consistent demonstration of service excellence
• Ability to take independent decisions & meet stringent deadlines
• Good PC skills
• Good command over MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong result focus
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
